VIDEO SESSION
Blues Primer is an example of a 12 Bar Blues in C. The left hand is playing the C, F & G7 chords shown on page 4 of Sight Reading in C Major Position. The melody features the b7 to 6 to 5 combination that is common in the Blues, and also the b3rd to natural 3rd, also a common Blues technique. Start by printing out the sheet music, then following along at the same time with the video. Speed control is in the gear on the lower right of the screen.
